Most of the registration documents are done online, but your team manager will need to collect a Medical Release form from each player. A copy of the form can be downloaded from here

Become a Soccer Buddy!

NSC is pleased to part of a new 'VIP Soccer' program that is providing a soccer experience for physically and mentally challenged kids between the ages of 5 and 12. NYSA is looking for volunteers to help and this a great opportunity for current NSC and United players to make a positive impact on your community.

NSC and NYSA are committed to ensuring that income is never a barrier for kids who want to play competitive soccer. If your player needs assistance with fees this season, please email office@northshoresoccer.org for an NYSA scholarship application form.
