Foot Skills Training Program:
"Repetition Elevates Player’s Skills" and ball mastery is the foundation for player development. "Control the ball, Control the game". Participants in this 8 week player transformation program will experience a comprehensive and progressive curriculum of basic (Level 1) to advanced (Level 12) soccer skills. This accelerated skills development program is open to current Freehold Soccer League travel and recreation players.
Participants may attend up to 3 sessions each week for a total of 30 sessions during the course of the program:
When: April 3 - June 8
Location: Opatut (soccer side)
Session Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
5:15 – 6:15 pm: U8, U9, U10, U11 & Up Boys/Girls
Players may attend any night of the week - avoiding potential team practice conflicts
Registration: $150
Striker Training Program:
This position specific training program is designed to develop the necessary skills and instincts vital to the goal scoring success of Strikers. Fundamental scoring techniques, as well as advanced skills needed to beat defenders will be addressed within the curriculum.
When: April 1 – June 3
Location: Opatut (soccer side)
Session Day/Times: Saturday
10:00 – 11:00 am: U8, U9, U10, U11 & Up Boys/Girls
Registration: $150

Group 1: 5:30 - 6:30 pm:
Ages 8-10
Cost: $140.00
Group 2: 6:30 - 8:00 pm:
Ages 11- 14
Cost: $185.00
Features and Benefits:
· Directed by Wayne Ramsey. Former professional coach and goalkeeper.
· The sessions will focus on developing individual technical abilities and tactical skills.
· Groups are based on ability and age to insure a proper learning environment.
· Coaches are encouraged to attend the sessions
