E-REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN OPTION
*** All teams must register electronically! ***
E-registration will be open from Monday, May 30th through Thursday, June 9th.
Instructions for e-registration are:
"WAR at the SHORE Registration [age group/team name]." For example: “WAR at the SHORE Registration U12 Girls Freehold Flash Gold”.
- Teams should send one file with ALL required documentation noted below in PDF format.
- You will receive a confirmation email that you are registered. If you do not receive this email, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED and you should contact tournamentregistration@freeholdsoccer.com.
Documents required:
- Signed team information sheet. The information sheet can be downloaded from Team Information.
For US Youth Soccer, NJYS or State Passes
- Front/back of all passes including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes). Passes must be either all NJYS or all US Club, but cannot be mixed.
- Stamped roster
- Guest players written in on roster
For US Club Soccer
- Front/back of all passes including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes). Passes must be either all NJYS or all US Club, but cannot be mixed.
- US Club roster
- Guest players written on roster
- Player loan form for guest players
For all teams outside of the state of NJ using US Youth Soccer Cards
- The same documentation as above, PLUS approved Permission to Travel Form
All teams are to have available at each game their approved, stamped roster, all player and coach’s cards, all medical release forms (signed), and as applicable Guest Player Forms and Permission to Travel Forms.
A confirmation email of registration/check-in will be provided.
If any additional information is required, teams will be notified before Thursday June 9th.
