Frightfest XVIII Invitational Soccer Tournament

E-REGISTRATION

Accepted teams must register/check-in for the Frightfest XVIII Tournament electronically. Checking in online for the tournament certifies that you have signed current medical release forms for each rostered and guest player on your team.

E-registration will be OPEN on Sunday, October 2nd and end on Monday, October 10th.

Instructions for e-registration

For example: “2016 FRIGHTFEST XVIII Registration U9 Boys Egg Harbor Flounders”

  • We request that teams send one folder with all requested documents preferably in PDF format
  • Teams will receive a confirmation email that they are registered. If you do not receive this email, you are not registered  and you should contact tournamentregistration@freeholdsoccer.com

Documents required

  • Signed Team Information Sheet which can be downloaded from Team Information

  • Rosters and Player Cards

US Youth Soccer - NJYS or State Passes

  • Front and back of all passes, including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes) and all passes must either be NJYS or all be US Club, you cannot mix them
  • Stamped roster
  • Guest players written in on roster

US Club Soccer

  • Front and back of all passes, including guest players (guest passes must be same as team passes) and all passes must either be NJYS or all be US Club, you cannot mix them
  • US Club roster
  • Guest players written in on roster
  • Player loan form for guest players

Teams outside NJ using US Club Soccer Cards

  • The same documentation as above plus approved Permission to Travel Form

Contest documents

  • Contest documents should be submitted to the site information tent when teams check-in and pick up their tournament bag.

Pumpkin Contest Entry Form

  • The entry form can be downloaded from Pumpkin Contest and all fields are optional except "Team Name" and "Age"

Costume Contest Entry Form

  • The entry form can be downloaded from Costume Contest and all fields are optional except "Team Name" and "Age"

All teams are to have available at each game their; approved, stamped roster, all player and coach’s cards, all signed medical release forms, and when applicable, Guest Player Forms and Permission to Travel Forms. 

A confirmation email of registration/check-in will be provided.  

If any additional information is required, teams will be notified before Monday October 10th.
