Time: two 25-minute havles or 4 quarters of 12 minutes each

Fields: super-small-sided (10A or 10B)
Substitutions: during breaks between quarters; with referee permission after a goal, due to an injury, on either team’s goal kick, or on either team’s throw-in
Referees: center referee provided; each team to provide one linesman
Coaches: one coach per team permitted on field with players, but they must be on the sidelines, not in the middle of the field. Parents are on the opposite side from the team
Offside Rule: not enforced
Heading: No head is allowed during the game or at practices. If a player deliberately heads the ball in a game, an indirect free kick should be awarded to the opposing team from the spot of the offense. If the deliberate header occurs within the goal area, the indirect free kick should be taken on the goal area line parallel to the goal line at the nearest point to where the infringement occurred.
Build Out Line u10 and u8 division organge/white line
The build out line promotes playing the ball out of the back in a less pressured setting When the goalkeeper has the ball in his or her hands during play from the opponent, the opposing team must move behind the build out line until the ball is put into play.

Referees: center referee provided; each team to provide one linesman
Coaches: remain on sideline with team, opposite the parents
Offside Rule: enforced from the build out line (see below)
