U7

  • Players: 4v4 (no goalkeepers) - two simultaneous side-by-side games
  • Time:  4 quarters of 10 minutes each
  • Fields (6 or 7)
  • Ball:  size 3
  • Substitutions:  at any stoppage of play
  • Referees: none
  • Coaches: one coach per team permitted on field with players
  • Offside Rule:  not enforced

U8

  • Players: 7v7 (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper)
  • Time:  two 25-minute havles or 4 quarters of 12 minutes each
  • Ball:  size 3
  • Fields:  super-small-sided (10A or 10B)
  • Substitutions:  during breaks between quarters; with referee permission after a goal, due to an injury, on either team’s goal kick, or on either team’s throw-in
  • Referees: center referee provided; each team to provide one linesman
  • Coaches: one coach per team permitted on field with players, but they must be on the sidelines, not in the middle of the field. Parents are on the opposite side from the team
  • Offside Rule:  not enforced
  • Heading: No head is allowed during the game or at practices. If a player deliberately heads the ball in a game, an indirect free kick should be awarded to the opposing team from the spot of the offense. If the deliberate header occurs within the goal area, the indirect free kick should be taken on the goal area line parallel to the goal line at the nearest point to where the infringement occurred.
  • Build Out Line  u10 and u8 division  organge/white line 

    The build out line promotes playing the ball out of the back in a less pressured setting When the goalkeeper has the ball in his or her hands during play from the opponent, the opposing team must move behind the build out line until the ball is put into play.

  • No Punting or drop kicking is allowed

U9/10

  • Players: 6v6 (5 field players and 1 goalkeeper)
  • Time:  4 quarters of 15 minutes
  • Ball:  size 4
  • Fields: super small-sides (4A or 4B)
  • Substitutions:  during halftime or with referee permission after a goal, due to an injury, on either team’s goal kick, or on the substituting team’s throw-in
  • Referees: center referee provided; each team to provide one linesman
  • Coaches: remain on sideline with team, opposite the parents
  • Offside Rule:  enforced from the build out line (see below)

  • Referees: center referee provided; each team to provide one linesman
  • Coaches: remain on sideline with team, opposite the parents
  • Offside Rule:  enforced

U13-18

  • Players: 11v11 (10 field players and 1 goalkeeper)
  • Time:  2 halves of 45 minutes each
  • Ball:  size 5
  • Fields:  full-sided (Fields 1, 2 or Turf)
  • Substitutions:  during halftime or with referee permission after a goal, due to an injury, on either team’s goal kick, or on the substituting team’s throw-in
  • Referees: center referee and linesmen provided
  • Coaches: remain on sideline with team, opposite the parents
  • Offside Rule:  enforced
