Match RECAP:  Infinity FC

Another big win for the Infinity boys to keep our hot streak to start the season intact against South Buffalo FC.  We were bouyed by a particularly strong defensive performance through the middle by stalwarts Greg Blette and Zac Persichini.  Quinton Landers, Connor Allan, and the Morriseys (Reichen and Sean) provided solid outside play to help Tommy Notto garner his first clean sheet for the club!!

We felt a little snakebitten up front, hitting the post with several chances.  We finally broke through on an inch perfect cross from, man of the match, Pete Morgan onto the head of striker Nick Sperrazza who has been a very productive addition to the roster this season.  Mariusz Radwanski buried a chance later in the second half to salt away the victory, as he often does.

Overall a solid performance by the group.  We look to keep the positive start to the season going against a quality opponent, Meerkats, this Sunday at Sweet Home High School.  In a twist of fate, we will rematch Meerkats Thursday in Matthews Cup play!
