Match RECAP:  Infinity FC

A big win for Infinity FC!!!

The boys came out strong in the first half, dominating play and jumping to a 4-0 lead.  Solid middle of field performances by Drew Fiutko, Greg Blette, Tommy Volpe, Mariusz Radwanski, Harry O'Malley, Danny Carter, Jon Carter saw us dominating poccession throughout the first 45 minutes.  Drew Fiutko, Infinity Man of the Match, made a darting run from his center back position only to be denied a goal scoring opportunity with a tug from behind producing a penalty deftly finished by Mariusz Radwanski.  Strong work on the wings by Pete Morgan, Lucimar Dos Santos, and Zack Morrisey produced a nice attacking posture and multiple goal scoring opportunities.

To Dutch's credit, they regrouped at halftime and really picked up the intensity.  They slowly took control of the game and worked hard to produce 3 goals.  Fortunately, we were able to see it out in the end and finish off a big 4-3 victory!... despite our managers scalp laceration causing him to stain the carpet at Westwood park red!!!

A learning opportunity in victory is always a good thing.  A proper game requires 90 minutes of intensity, not just 45.  Good game to JL Dutch.  We will see them again at the end of the year, and we look forwad to another battle!!

We look forward to next Sunday 4:00 at Mulroy Park where we look to keep the positive momentum against South Buffalo FC
