Match RECAP: Infinity FC Another big 3 points for Infinity! Lazio was much better than their record would indicate and the match was a back and forth affair. A good clean game by both teams. Both teams had a fair number of chances, and we took one of ours.
Our back line of Kevin Hickey, Sean Morrisey, Ryan Carter, Zak Persichini, and Drew Fiutko played outstanding and won this game for us. The man of the match required no team vote this week, as it was clearly Michael Shapiro in net making a number of great saves and providing a clean sheet.
Shapiro also had the hockey assist on our goal as his clearance was flicked on by Brady Thompson into the path of Mariusz Radwanski who outpaced the Lazio defenders and deftly tucked away our lone goal. It was an exciting conclusion to a fun competitive game.
