NYSW Referee Risk Management Online Registration
  • New York State West uses an online registration system for Referee Risk Management Passes. 
  • Referees that need to get a new pass or renew their old pass apply via the online process.  
  • Please click here to be taken to the Online Registration System. 
  • Follow the instructions as you proceed through the registration process. 
  • Once completed a background check will be processed and results will be logged to the system. 
  • If you are Under 18, a parent or guardian will need to electronically attest on your behalf.  There is no background check for minors.
  • If you pass the check a risk management pass will be mailed to the address you registered with.
  • Should anyone have any problems with the system you can email the agush@nyswysa.org for a resolution.
