First half dominated by Eastside and consistent pressure rewarded with a nice connection between Andris and Christian for the first goal and then a spectacular individual effort by Tom to score the second goal just before halftime. A few quick counter attacks that missed the mark should've made Eastside a bit more wary in the second.
The second half was a battle for the midfield as there were chances on both sides but the score remained the same until the 75' minute when Berkley was rewarded a PK for an ill-timed clear to the center of the field and a tackle from behind in the box. Mike Bunnell guessed correctly but it slipped by him on his left side. The next goal was a well-timed run over the top and the GK was caught in no-man's land as Berkley chipped him over the top for their second goal. Berkley clearly had momentum as they pressed for the winner but came away with the tie after several chances and corners.
