Match RECAP: FSC Broncos Good ball movement and plenty of chances in the first game. Gave up 1 goal in the 1st half on a quick striker run.
2nd half turned around with an accurate ball placement from Dan Lieto between the goal keep and the defender at the post to tie the game 1-1.
Continued to mix up our passes between short tic-tac-toes and lobs to the forward line. A bad pass from their defender back to their goalie was picked up by Mario's sheer will and determination triggering a PK. Mario gave the PK to Antonio to take which was blasted beyone the reach of the keeper mid-left side of the net.
Our opponents were now behind and kept trying the long balll which helped to stretch the field and allowed us to counter. Plenty of great connections which led to Yovani's chip shot over the keeper (cheeky), ending the game at 3-1.
In summary, 18 players showed up and subbed out to allow others near equal playing time. If we had more game time to play we would have added more to the score board. One more thing to note, Allard came real close to scoring his first, but was denied by the post... again :)
