2' - Hoverla came on guns blazing and scored in the opening minute of the match. A big cross from right to left landed near the back of the penalty box where it was headed back across goal for a tap-in by K. Shkilnyy for the early lead.
15' - Livonia City tied up the match with a R. Luciani breakaway ended in him getting slide tackled from behind, resulting in a penalty kick. Captain B. Lightner stepped up to the spot and banged it up the middle off the crossbar and in.
20' - Livonia City jumped out ahead when a B. Lightner cross from the left side hung up in the wind and dropped kindly just behind the backline for R. Luciani to run in and flick a shot over the onrushing keeper.
HALFTIME: LCFC 2 - 1 Hoverla
60' - Despite Hoverla dominating possession in the first stages of the second half, it was Livonia City who struck next to make it 3-1. R. Luciani made a mazey run through the defense before squaring the ball over to a wide-open N. Shultz for a tap-in.
65' - Livonia City struck again a few minutes later, again with a strong goal from N. Schultz as he finishes another opportunity assisted by R. Luciani.
