We dominated possession in the first half and got the first goal in the 19' on a through ball from Matt P that Jorge buried. We threatened a few more times in the first half but didn't finish our chances. They never really threatened and were disorganized after conceding but we failed to capitalize on it.

Second half so wide open play from both teams. We again dominated the first 10 min but failed to finish. They equalized on a long ball down the side that their forward buried perfectly between 3 defenders into the lower corner from outside the box. We finally found our finishing form with a long cross from the corner that found Matt P on the back post and a header from David that hit the crossbar but fell right to Matt P who finished it. Up 3-1 we looked to be in the driver's seat but the heat, lack of fitness, and lack of defensive organization saw us concede three straight with unlucky deflections that fell right into the path of their strikers and missed tackles that gave them 2v1's inside our box. They went up 4-3 and it looked liked we had snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. In the waning minutes, Jorge was able to knock the ball free from their defender and Joaco slotted it home for the equalizer to salvage a point.
Another bad loss to a team we should have beat but to be fair both teams made lots of mistakes and missed plenty more chances so it's rather fitting that the game ended in a draw.
