Another rookie referee who was given the wrong information prior to the match who said heading was not allowed. Had to be informed so that it was allowed for the 2nd half. The entire crew was ypoung and struggled with basic calls.They were often swayed by the fans to make calls and awarded the home team 2 unjustified PK's while missing one for the visitors and giving instead outside the area. Also very contrversially waving off a saved PK without clarifying whether the keeper moved early or off his line but in susequent attempt a goal was scored. HR Very unfamiliar with simple tasks such azs filling out the goals scored on the match report.
