College Coach Registration and Claim TGS Account
PDA Girls College Showcase is a green event and will not be providing printed player profile books. Instead, we are pleased to be partnering with Total Global Sports to provide you with a complimentary mobile app and account for all your recruiting needs, game schedules, player profiles, field info and more. Use at PDA, major tournaments nationwide and in your everyday recruiting efforts.
Please register before tournament weekend so you have time to review player profiles, set your game schedules and review the app.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Click here (https://admin.totalglobalsports.com/public/registration.aspx?eid=613&r=8 ) If you already have a TGS account, login, and when prompted, select Attending PDA—this will automatically display you and your school as attending on the tournament site for players to view. Don't worry your contact information will not be available on the website.
If you don’t have an existing account, complete the Create a New TGS College Coach Account information section on the College Registration tab and follow the prompts. TGS will follow up and verify your new account by email.
2. If you haven’t already, download the latest version of the TGS TOTALcollegiate app in your Apple or Google App Store so you are ready to hit the ground running at PDA. You can also easily indicate you are attending the showcase through the app by clicking on Find Events and clicking Attending under status.
3. Watch the quick start videos on your Home tab, search the player database and Follow players, create custom schedules for you and your staff, take player notes field-side right in your app and even download for compliance at the close of the tournament.
