Horsham Soccer Association is governed by 2 documents: By-Laws and Rules and Regulations. (see below) By-Laws
The By-Laws define the corporation, its officers, and how its business is conducted. Changes to the By-Laws require a majority vote by the general membership present at membership following section XI procedures. Rules and Regulations
