The mission of ADA is to provide soccer players with the best training and development opportunities available in the region. ADA offers age appropriate training and education for youth, middle school and high school players. ADA is an advanced technical development program providing both on-field skills training and off-field classroom instruction. We offer players the opportunity to receive personal instruction to improve their overall skills.

Nike Alliance Development Academy is an opportunity for the committed soccer player who is looking to broaden their knowledge of the soccer game with a comprehensive technical training program which is provided by West Ham United Academy.
