During his junior season, David developed into a face-off specialist by winning 59% of his face-offs while still being a scoring threat from his midfielder position. During his senior campaign, he won 163 of 229 face-offs for a 71% success rate, which ranks fourth all-time in Trojans history. Due to his face-off efficiency, David earned a lacrosse scholarship to Binghamton University. As a freshman, he helped the Bearcats to an undefeated American East regular season championship. After his freshman season, David had a tragic, life-threatening accident which ended his playing career. He committed himself to a rigorous physical therapy the next year, and was able to come back and coach and graduate in 2008. The Binghamton lacrosse honored David by naming their ‘Unsung Hero’ award after him for his courageous comeback. After graduating from Binghamton, David has worked as an assistant coach for Queens University of Charlotte, NC and Greensboro College in NC.
He is currently an assistant coach for Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL.
