FRED STULL is a lifelong resident of the Coming­-Painted Post area having graduated from Corning West in 1970 and then later  graduating  from  Corning  Community  College.  Since  1983  Fred  has  been  associated  with  th  Corning  Small  Fry  Football League. He's been a member of the Board of Directors since 1984. Fred currently wears many hats in the small fry football league, serving as Treasurer since 1986, Commissioner since 2001, equipment manager since 2002, chairman of the officiating crew since 1983 and Bingo Chairman since 1985. Fred also designed the building and the complex located on Canada Road and helped in the actual building of the site. He's been responsible for the building  and grounds maintenance since 1994  and has  also served  as  a game official since 1983 and a head coach or assistant coach since 2000. When he is not devoting his life to the Corning Area Small Fry Football League, Fred has been a member of the New York State Association of Certified Football Officials since 1986, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and vice­president of the Elmira Chapter the past three years. He has officiated high school football games in the Corning and Elmira areas and has also been selected to officiate a number of state playoff games.
