ANNMARIE SPAULDING
Basketball - 2011

ANNMARIE SPAULDING graduated from Corning East High in 2004 following an outstanding four-year basketball career. She averaged 10 points as freshman, 14 as sophomore, 17.4 as junior and 18 points per game as senior and finished her career with 1,077 points.  Three times Annmarie was named to the All-STAC Team and three times to the All-Leader Team. After graduation, Annmarie took her talents to Corning Community College where she starred for two years. She averaged 15 points per game as a freshman and netted 14 per game as a sophomore. She was named the CCC Female Athlete of the Year in 2005. She also set a school record of 123 free throws made in one season. After two years as Red Baron, Annmarie moved on to SUNY Utica IT where she averaged ten points per game as a junior and 14 points per game as a senior. She finished 6th all-time in career free throws made and career 3-pointers made.  She also scored the program’s eihth-most points with 328 during her 2007-8 senior season earning a SUNYAC Player of the Week award that same year.  Annmarie is currently working as a financial analyst for the 1st Niagara Bank in Buffalo.
