GREG RAYMOND
Lacrosse - 2013

Greg Raymond graduated from Corning East High in 2000. He was a three-year starting defenseman for the Trojans. Greg was named All-League, First-Team as a junior and senior when he served as team captain. He was also named All-Leader and was a member of the Empire Games Western Team. Following graduation, he was considered one of the best defenseman in the nation and was awarded a lacrosse scholarship to Johns Hopkins. He was named a team captain for three years at Hopkins. After finally shaking the injury bugs that plagued him, Greg started at Defense for the Blue Jays and helped them win the Division I National Championship in 2004. After graduating from Johns Hopkins, Greg has served as an assistant coach at Drexel University, Princeton University and is considered one of the best assistant coaches at the Division I level. Greg has also played for the New Jersey Pride in the National Lacrosse League.
