All players need to turn in the paperwork listed below to your team's head coach. Turn in your paperwork to only YOUR head coach. It is necessary to attend your registration night to try on uniforms and meet the coach; however, if you cannot attend your team's registration night, turn in your paperwork prior to registration night to prevent your son or daughter from a delay in registration.
If your son or daughter was born outside of the United States please contact the Club Regsitrar, Michelle Klein, as that play will have additional paperwork to complete: mklein@paclassics.org.
