PROCEDURES FOR FIELD CLOSURE:

For practice field and weekend game field closures, call the Youth Sports Hotline, phone number (703) 746-5597. This number is usually updated by the Parks and Recreation Department by 3:00pm on weekdays, 7:30am on Saturdays and 9:00am on Sundays to alert all sports groups using City of Alexandria fields. Please pay attention to the date on the recording to make sure that you are hearing information for the current day. If players have any questions, they should call their coaches directly. Please do not call the ASA office to ask about field closures, instead refer to the Alexandria field hotline.
